Backbord Breakfast

A coffee to wake you up? Or would you prefer a cup of Friesentee? Our delicious Backbord breakfast tempts you with rolls, wholemeal bread and croissants, egg dishes, ham, salami, cheese platter, fruit, yogurt, muesli, jam, honey, Nutella, and fresh tomatoes with mozzarella. You can also look forward to smoked salmon with cream horseradish and our homemade salads (including vegan/vegetarian options). Filter coffee, various teas, vegan milk alternatives, and orange juice are included (Speciality coffees are extra.). Gluten-free rolls are available upon advance order.
We source many of the products from regional suppliers. For example: fresh country milk from the Milchhof Reitbrook (Vier- und Marschlande), coffee from the Gebr. Brügmann coffee roastery (Büchen), bread and rolls from the traditional Sievert bakery (Geesthacht).

Depending on the number of guests, we serve breakfast on a tiered tray or as a buffet.

Our breakfast costs €25.00 for day guests
(Children: 3 – 6 years €10, 7 – 12 years €17.50).

Sat – Sun: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
