Mon – Fri: 7:00 – 11:00 am Sat – Sun: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm Our Backbord breakfast tempts you with rolls, whole-wheat bread and croissants, egg dishes, ham, salami, a cheese platter, fruit, yogurt, muesli, jam, honey, Nutella, and fresh tomatoes with mozzarella. You can also look forward to smoked salmon with creamed horseradish and our homemade salads (vegan/vegetarian options available). Filter coffee, various teas, vegan milk alternatives, and orange juice are included (specialty coffees are extra). Gluten-free rolls are available upon request. We source many of our products from regional suppliers. For example: fresh milk from the Reitbrook dairy farm (Vier- und Marschlande), coffee from the Gebr. Brügmann coffee roastery (Büchen), and bread and rolls from the traditional Sievert bakery (Geesthacht). Reservations required. Depending on the number of guests, we serve breakfast on a tiered stand or as a buffet.

We serve cake on Saturday and Sunday from 2 pm to 6 pm. At the buffet, you can choose from a rotating selection of delicious cakes.
